| Problem Circular looms are used for weaving HDPE / PP woven sacks. PP yarn is very abrasive and abrades pulleys. A groove is formed on the pulleys. The yarn travelling on the groove gets filamented. This results in frequent replacement. This also affects productivity. Thse pulleys are made of aluminum.
