| Type: Fantasy / Action Animation: 3/5 Plot: 2/5 Dubbing: 2/5 Violence: Extream Nudity: Sacnt Clothing and Breif Nudity Personal Comment: I haven't read the manga so I had no clue what was going on int he show until it was almost over. I had heard such good things about the animation in the X movie and about how beautiful the artwork was. What a load of BULL the animation wasn't that bad bad but the MKR OAV and Cardcaptors was way more beautiful in my books. I may be being a little extream in my comment but I waited a long time to see this movie and I was disappointed. I mean I don't mind a little blood but people were being poped like zits! And the decapitation thing the movie had going just sucked. I hate decapation of characters because in my opnion it looks so LAME! The ending scean would have been dramatic except he was holding a decapitated head which runed the moment. Also how many times did the blonde chick get splatered in that movie I mean she got killed in the dream world like 100 times by the time she actually got dead for real I was like "YES she's finally gone for good." Also I know that the leaping around with super human speed thing was suposed to be awe inspiring but I couldn't help but think of that old cartoon "Gummey Bears" while the characters were bouncing around the screen like Tigger on Speed. They had hot looking guys but the screen shots of theme wern't very good. Well I'll give it one thing if you want a depressing move where everyone dies and everything get smashed then this is your show. Note: decapitation is a real pet peve of mine. |

| Type: Sci-fi / Action Animation: 5/5 Plot: (I have only seen 2 episodes so I don't feel comfortable rating the plot) Dubbing: 2/5 (It's cartoon network so you know things have been completly rewritten) Violence: Harsh Nudity: Scant Clothing (but again I haven't seen all the episodes I'm guessing there is at least breif nudiy somewhere in the original series) Personal Comment: I love the ending sequence in this show I would watch it just for the ending song the "The Real Folk Blues" It's a very cool sequence. I like the animation style, and the series seems to mix the right elements of comedy, action, drama, and romance to give the show nice well rounded episodes. I hope to watch more of the episodes on cartoon network but you always miss some episodes that they won't show so you're just going to have to rate this one for yourself. I hope you enjoy. |

| Type: Fantasy / Action Animation: 4/5 Plot: 4/5 Dubbing: NA Violence: Extream Nudity: None (episodes 1 - 4) Personal comment: WOW much much much better. If you hated the movie as much as I did please take the time to watch the series, because it is sooooo much better. The plot gets slowed down, and you actually get to know the characters in the show as opposed to the movie where most of the characters just pop up on the screen and die. Good for the girls nice screen shots of the pretty boys, it's great having a good looking male majority cast. Less shots of that slut who seemed to be missing the front part of her shirt in the movie. In the series she has discovered that "yes stores do sell the whole shirt, front included." *sorry guys I guess that's a bad thing for you* but seriously check it out if only because it's originally done by CLAMP they do shuch wonderful manga, and most of the time their talent and high standard of quality are refleected in the anime series that stem from their manga. I would watch more of the series if I could get my hands on it. |
