Our reservation policies
Thank you for your interest in dining at TOWN, we look forward to having you! Please take note of our reservation policies:
We do not accept reservations requests via email.
We are an intimate restaurant of only 40 seats, and they do fill up fast! We strongly encourage you to make your reservations early. Reservations can be made by calling 555.555.FOOD, or preferably right here on our website. If you look below, you will find the online reservation application.
Your table can only be held for 15-minutes after the scheduled time. If you are running late, call our host at 555.555.FOOD to make us aware. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your seating in the event you are running late, however we cannot guarantee your seating after 15 minutes and oftentimes we must move on in the interest of scheduling. All guests in the party must be present in order to be sat.
Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy: Parties that cancel inside of the 24-hour window may be subject to a fee of $20 per person if the table cannot be filled. We kindly ask that you let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unable to keep your reservation.
