United Architects of the Philippines Regional District Assembly. The united architects of the Philippines District B5, the integrated andaccredited professional organization of arhictects of the philippines, particulalrly residing in the Bicol Region will be conducting the highlight of its Regional District Assembly for the year 2005 which is the chartering of the provisional UAP chapter of Catanduanes this coming March 12, Saturday, 7 P.M. at Rakdell Hotel, San Pedro, Virac, Catanduanes

The chartering of the UAP Catanduanes Chapter, coincides with the celebration of the implementation of the Architecture Act of 2004, will mark the triumph of the Pilipino Architects and the part played by the few new yet exemplary Catandunganon Architects in further advancing the profession in their native land.

The chartering event will be attended to by memberws architects from Region 5 ( Bicol), representative from LGU, the PRofessional Regulations Commission - Board of Architect (PRC-BOA) and by top UAP National Officers from Manila headed by its President Enrique O. Olonan, who is himself a Catandunganon from the hometown Viga.The Chapter President of Catanduanes is Abraham T. Pena and the District Director for B5 is Joseph M. Espinas
