Projects Done

· Management School Proposal (Oct 2008 – Nov 2008): Helped Amreli Forward School Trust with detailed business proposal to get permission to open a Management College in the premises. Work in a team of two for the same.

·     International Marketing Plan (Jan 2009 – Feb 2009): Helped HG Group with detailed workable marketing strategy to enter into South Africa with branded African Ethnic wear. Lead a team of five for the exercise.

·     Entrepreneurship Plan (Sep 2008 – Nov 2008): As a course project developed a detailed entrepreneurial business plan to start a jute based technology fiber firm. Lead a team of six. Idea originally conceived and developed by self. Got highest possible grade A in the course.

·    Scheduling Plan (Oct 2007 – Nov 2007): Helped Dominos Ahmedabad to do dynamic scheduling based on a linear model taking the distances and traffic into consideration. Worked in a team of four for the same.  

·     Connecting to Leaders (Nov 2007 – Feb 2008): Helped three member of parliament/span> better understand the issues a common man has in their respective constituencies. Accounted the competencies and studied the entire economy of the constituency to provide solutions in the form of competency management,, possibilities of local entrepreneurship and scope of implementation of PURA model proposed by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalaam.

·   Business Intelligence (June 2008 – July 2008): Analysis of sample data using SAS and give location based SKU sales promotion NIKE must do to increase the sales in Goa.

·  Summer Internship – TATA Motors, May-Jun 2002, worked on “Build card for different models of trucks”. Got certificate of appreciation from V.Krishnamurthy (AGM Production).

·  Dual degree project (April 2003- April 2004) –“Stress Analysis of macro cracks ahead of a major crack”, IIT Bombay. Studied and simulated the interaction of two cracks in the near vicinity when they are under tensile loading and suggested measures to prevent failures due to them. Scored an average of 9.33/10 in the same.
