Hello friends and family to my journal.  I've decided to put this here to help those interested keep up with the goings on of my life.  I'll try to update it everyday that I'm at work but I'm not making any promises...  :)

Right now I'm working for a call center that does technical support,  which many of you already knew.  I'm quite thrilled that I was recently promoted with a dollar raise after only having worked here for one month!  Very exciting.  I really enjoy the enviroment here, the people are quite friendly for the most part and I'm fortunate enought to be sitting next to a computer guru in my cubicle so I'm getting to learn how to better navigate my way through this box.
The home life is going well.  Quinn is crawling in full force these days so he needs a constant eye on him.  If you turn your back on him for any length of time he goes for the dog water and dumps it on himself- don't ask me why.  It must be a baby thing.    He's fascinated by anything having to do with the pets.
At Quinn's doctor's appt. last week he weighed 19.5 lbs.  He's huge.  Also in perfect health.  So that's a blessing.
We've recently taken in a new member of the family as well.  He's an 8 year old, 90 lb. German Shepard named Baron.  He's actually Jeff's sister's dog that we are just taking care of semi-temporarily for the next year while she saves up to get into a new house.  Baron is really well mannered and does great with Quinn, not to mention the fact that he is extrordinarily smart which makes living with him quite pleasant.
Last night I jammed my toe on the foot of a table so now I'm limping around and gettng funny looks from people at work.
Jeff is still playing music with Diggabone and Spacebreath.  Between all-day Daddyduty while I'm at work and two bands, he's pretty busy.  Soon to be busier teaching music lessions.
Also,  we are looking to sell my car.  So if anybody is interested or knows of someone who is on the market for a $2,000ish 1991 VW Jetta coupe, let me know @  [email protected].
We are looking to buy a VW bus after we get rid of the car so we can drive to NY in August for Jeff's family reunion with the dogs.

Second day of being up on the internet and I'm still having alot of fun trying to decide what I want to include on this page.  Where to begin is still something of a daunting question.
My toe is feeling slightly better.  My limping is slightly less goofy.  I still can't move it without excruciating pain,  I wonder if it's broken..
Life seems to be still crawling along at a snail's pace from my perspective.  But the trees are blooming and the sun is out so I'm enjoying that.  I only wish my workstation was outside.   Hmm..Yesterday was my neighbor's birthday.  He turned 21.  He was much less excited about that turning point than I was at his age.  To each their own I guess.  I wish my life was alittle more exciting so I'd have something more to write but alas, things aren't that much different than they were yesterday.

Had a great weekend.  4/20 was spent hiking up Eagle Creek with good friends and dogs and babies and the evening was wrapped up nicely with a bar-b-que and open mike night at Z's.  I was even so bold as to step up and sing an Ani DiFranco tune.  It wasn't bad but it could have been better, I'll put it that way.  I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening of gardenburgers and pool.  Turns out that I haven't entirely lost my skill at the game.  Sort of like riding a bike I guess.  I hope everyone out there had a good weekend as well and Happy Earth Day!

Hmm..another exciting day at work...not really though.  Same ol' same ol'....
I just found out that Norman Bates was from Wisconson.  Figures.
I knew there was consequences to creating a huge mountain of cow manure, covering it with grass and calling it a park.
Just kidding.  I'm really bored.
Today my co-worker is dressed like a flintstones character.  It's cute.
She just needs a bone in her hair.
So..How is everyone out there doing?
I'd like to hear from you.
I'm bored.
Help.

Hey guess what!
There's this website called astrofaces where they collect photographs of people whose sun, moon and rising signs are known so to compare them and see if there are any similarities between people with the same signs.  Well, today I just sent them my picture so if you go check out sagittarians with a scorpio moon and a leo rising sign you will see me!  Very exciting.  Okay. So my life is pretty dull if this strikes me as very exciting but oh well.
Tonight Spacebreath is opening for Blackdog at Mt. Tabor Pub so that should be fun.  MB is babysitting the little critter.  She is such a wonderful neighbor and does really great with Q.
Today at work, one of my customers was calling from Clear Air Force Base back home in AK!  We talked about Fairbanks abit and Farmers Loop in particular which made me homesick.  But then I read Mom's email saying how there is still snow on the ground up there and when I look out the window here, it's sunny and the trees are blooming and suddenly I'm not so homesick anymore.
