Well HHD took home the overall championship for O Day yesterday...I played quite badly in the volleyball tournament and got stuck into the 1st round of the tug-o-war...but we still took home the glass bowl trophy :)
It's been raining today, but it's
supposed to be done sunday night...go figure, still have PT, grrrr...
Dave and a friend of his that just
got into 19th Replacement (an inprocessing center for fort bragg)--they
went down to Mrytle Beach to meet another of Dave's friends. Last
night the two of them, Burgess, and myself went up to Club Zone, again...I
drove Paul's car there and back..the others had been drinking, and i really
didn't feel like going...but hopes of a fun time and the knowledge they
probably could use a babysitter prompted me to go. Well, Paul puked
alongside the road on the way there--got it all over his jeans and a little
in his car...that was why I wasn't going to take MY car...I learned my
lesson about that shit last time when that shit face Cook dropped his cigarette
in the back...I've known two Cook's in the military so far, and both have
screwed me somehow. I gave up on the $300 the Cook from BCT owes
me a long time ago, and this other Cook is just a dirt bag...but he's more
fit for the military than Burgess I have to admit...
The club was dead last night. There was hardly anymore there, let alone cute women, I was broke so I couldn't even get drunk (especially since we left early and I was driving us all home...). As a mater of fact, I got so bored, I actually bummed a few cigarettes from Dave...It'd been over five weeks since my last smoke last night/this early morning...
Finaly got my computer back, and I was planning on playing Rainbow Six online with Rich and Sgt McGaffey and Top maybe, bu my damn disk drive is frickin screwed up now. I can't get the proper mouse drivers installed. For some reason the standard microsoft dirvers won't work in the stead, either...SOB. They must havefucked it up in the shop--my lord...man I'm pissed about that. If the damn thing ain't perfect when I get it back this next time, I'm raising blody fucking murder and demanding my money or an exchange. The brand new modem is working just fine, at least for now...So I did a factory restore of all the original software and configurations and crap, and still nothing...now I have to download netscape 4.61, ICQ, download accelerator, ws_ftp, reinsall norton, scan wizard, and earthlink software...jeesh. most of that is down already actually, except for netscape--that'll go while i sleep...
I've got an extra large pizza down on the floor by my side...all for me. I've already loaded myself up on the cheesystix that came with it, and now i have all this pizza for snack/breakfast/dinner tomorrow...which was the plan. I lost my meal card yesterday at O day and at best won't have another one till moday. so just in case so anal sgt works the counter at the dfac and won't let me in with just the numbers, i have food...
and now the tequila sour i made
myself and all the food is making me sleepy. grrr. nap time i guess...
