I got this rather tasteless 'photo art' among the junk of online bulk mail circulated in 1990's. Indonesian President Abdurrahman Wahid is at the far left side of the picture, with Billy Clinton and the Israeli and Palestine leaders whose affairs every White House occupant tends to make a mess out of. Even that time when the said tenant was busy with not only domestic but also private bugs. Created and distributed when people still remember Monica Lewinsky*, a joke like this might not survive the passing of days -- just like any timebound tome ever invented. Btw, the Clinton presidency was such that he is a joke category in mid-1990's.
