| 1970, the United States is fully engaged in the Vietnam War. John Terrence Kelly, a former Navy SEAL, who has taken part in many special operations in Southeast Asia, loses his girlfriend. She is killed by drug dealers that used her for a "mule" and for other unmentionable things. Kelly is determined to make the murders pay for her death using the skills that US Navy taught him. But his country needs him for one last mission in Vietmam; a raid on a POW camp to free its prisoners. And he is the only American with the knowledge of the area to plan and execute the mission. Kelly will carry out his duty to his country and his need for revenge at the same time, juggling carefully with his two identities. Personal Review: If you have enjoyed the character of John T. Clark, then you will more than enjoy the this book. Action in Vietnam and the streets of the United States. It is an execellent book. There are times when you wish that this sort of thing would really happen. |
