Jerry Rice is on his last legs and Tim Brown started slumping this last season.
Doug Gabriel is a guy that can step in after a year of learning and become a very solid compliment to Jerry Porter.  Gabriel has good size at 6'2  200 lbs, can stretch a defense vertically with his 4.4 speed, and makes the tough catches in the crowd.

Tryone Calico, a physically imposing Terrell Owens lookalike  is also an option, though he is very raw and isn't as consistent with his hands as Gabriel is.  Depending on the situation with Mo Collins, we might end up taking a guard in this round.  An outside linebacker to groom behind Bill Romanowski also makes sense, especially since there aren't that many 1st round caliber OLBs, some solid ones should fall to the lower 2nd round.
