Rah's Stjerne (Stee-hya-na), born 12/25/01 out of Love A Little Lorelei (broken steel, 4 legs) and Love A Little Thunder (broken blue, 2 legs), a solid steel doe. Her name means "Stars" in Danish.
10/29/07: Stjerne has healed up very well and is back to her old self. She is acting like a very happy, rambunctious rabbit much younger than her own age.
06/04/07: Stjerne was recently diagnosed with Malanoma cancer (skin cancer). She went for a diagnosis on May 30th and, $156 later, had the raisin-sized lump removed from the skin over her hip. She had two staples added to let her heal up, however the night after her surgery she removed them herself, haha. She's currently getting antiseptic surgical soap applied twice daily while she heals.
4/10/06: Stjerne, though no longer in production, has found a place in my heart and I can't for the life of me sell her. Terrified of strangers, leaving her cage, or being anywhere loud, she wouldn't do well with a family other than mine. She'll spend the rest of her days here as a glorified pet.
She was the foundation of my rabbit habit, she should be here until the end.
Stj is one of my fav does. An excellent mother, she is very protective, a great milker and foster mother. I never have to worry about her litters. When she feels threatened, she "honks" like a goose. This girl has produced many excellent rabbits for me, type and temperment, and is the most valuable doe in my barn. When not on a litter, she loves to get attention from me (and only me). I love my Christmas girl :)

Type at 4 months: "Classic" body type. Good head, great shoulders, good loins, great HQ, very wide, good depth, good balance.
