Chapter 4 by Tokumei Kibon
Juuni-gou parted with Juuichi-gou when he felt a severe
pain shoot up his spine. He fell to the floor in excruciating pain with
Juuichi looking on in shock.
"Juuni-gou!!" she said in disbelief as she turned her head to regard her master, Dr. Gero, walk in front of her and block her path towards Juuni-gou. Her Juuni-gou.
"What do you think you're doing!!?" she yelled in frustration as she watched Dr. Gero continue to hurt Juuni-gou.
Dr. Gero made a slow rigid turn towards his 11th android and simply stated, "No affection must be permitted," in a robot like voice. He resumed his torture to his 12th android. His arch enemy. Son Goku.
Juuichi-gou felt rage build up in her, she knew it was wrong to disobey Dr. Gero, but it was wrong for him to hurt her Juuni. She watched the pain in Juuni's face as he let out pain filled gasps. She recoiled in shock once again when she witnessed Dr. Gero grinning maliciously at her love's pain.
She'd never felt this much human emotion before. This was even more to take in than the dreams that she'd been having.
He stared at her. If this was how it was going to end, then he'd want to die seeing her face only.
How could he... he... His thoughts were cut off when he could breathe again. He looked up to see Juuichi pounding their creator to a pulp.
"JUUICHI-GOU!!!" he yelled as he got up and shot over to her.
Dr. Gero wasn't faltering to her punches she thought as she repeatedly punched at him.
He's changed... he's an... he's changed himself into an android too, she thought as she made way for Juuni-gou to pulverize him.
"Juuni-gou! KILL HIM!!" she screamed and Juuni-gou gave her a questioning look.
"Juuichi-gou... WHY?" he himself had been questioning his own loyalty towards Dr. Gero.
Juuichi-gou shot forward and elbowed Juuni-gou in the back. He let out a scream of sheer pain and shock.
"That's why!" Juuichi-gou explained and they looked straight ahead to see Dr. Gero get up again.
"No affection," he stated again, right before firing a huge blast at them both. They countered with blasts of their own that blew Gero away.
"Now Juuni! We don't need to follow his rules!" she said as she pointed to the strange uniforms that they were forced to wear by Gero.
They both shot forward once again and stopped right before their fallen master.
"Bye," Juuichi-gou said cruelly.
"There will be affection Gero," Juuni-gou said as he looked down at his one-time master before they blasted him away from Chikyuu.
"He wasn't much of a fight, Juuni," she said as they flew away from the wreckage.
"One insignificant fight. Leads us to freedom," Juuni-gou responded as they flew off.
His eyes slid open to be greeted with florescent light. He saw Gohan on the bed beside him sleeping. Franticly, he looked to see if Gohan had any harm done to him.
"He's just sleeping, don't worry Piccolo." Bulma had walked up to him and handed him some water, which he accepted. "I have something very important to say," Bulma said with a hint of sadness in her voice.
Yamucha, Tien and Choazu got up from their seats around the room to get closer.
"I've been analyzing the patterns in which the androids..." She inwardly cringed at having to call her longtime friends androids. The enemy.
"Go on Bulma," Yamucha reassured.
"It seems that in a range of 1-5 days... The next place they'll hit is... here." She spoke with so much worry in her voice about the new events to come.
"Have you ever wondered? What if the Androids weren't controlled by Gero anymore!? Then what would happen!" Kuririn surprised everyone with the sudden outburst.
"You've been reading to many crazy stories again Kuririn," Yamucha said, trying to lighten the mood.
"No... our whole lives are crazy stories..." Kuririn said with definite sorrow and regret in his voice.
Everyone in the room knew what he meant and remained quiet, due to the fact that their were taking in the facts.
"Well, then I guess I better get the training rooms ready... again."
Everyone in the room turned to the voice. Kuririn gave them a half hearted look as he made his way out of the room and down to the training level.
