Gohan was afraid. He didn't want Bulma or his parents to get hurt or do anything they were going to regret.
"Bulma, don't do anything. They're my parents!"
"Were Gohan, they were your parents. Now let's leave before they do anything."
As much as Juuni-gou was bored and starved for some action, he didn't want to do anything. For now. His hand shot out and grabbed Juuichi-gou's wrist.
"Let's go."
With that said, the two of them took off to the dawning sky.
They flew away from the two small dots from the ground and flew in the direction of their "home".
The side locks kept blowing wildly around her face, but it was better than the rest of her hair flying around her sight. Maybe she'll keep the hairstyle for a little bit.
"Some night, huh?" Juuni said, trying to make some conversation.
"Don't try to change the subject. First of all, you go off in the middle of the night without me. So I have to go off and find you. I find Gohan, and then I find you trying to harm him!"
"Juuichi, are going to start nagging me now? Like you're my wife?"
Juuichi fumed at him. But then, she noticed what he said. Wife? It was true, even if he didn't want to believe it. "Maybe I will, now that you mention it."
He smirked. "Please don't tell me you're actually believe him."
"I believe him because it's true. And you should understand it too."
Juuni sighed. They flew on while he thought about everything that happened. Even with the artificial intelligence, he still couldn't comprehend it. "I'll believe what I want to. Just give me some time, okay?"
"Okay."
Gohan stuffed the picture back in his pocket and went up to Bulma, looking sorry.
"Gohan, what did I say? Those rules were for your and everyone else's safety! Now, let's hope that they don't know the way back home."
"Bulma, I'm sorry. Sorry for all of this. I didn't want to put you all in danger. But it's hard to ignore that they're my parents."
Bulma looked down at him. "I know how you feel. They were my friends too. Let's go, back. We don't want them to get worried about us."
Silently, they walked the 2 mile trip back to the fortress.
