Conclusion
The fact that the colonists were fighting on their homeland, for their freedom, had basically nothing to lose, and home-field advantage is what gave them their zealous nature and along with many other factors aided them in their victory over a confused and broke Britain and gained freedom for the colonists.  As I demonstrated in the previous pages of this web-site, the colonists were able to win their war for independence.  As a result of their hard work and blood shed we the people of today's United States have the freedom to live our lives as we please with certain "unalienable rights" that no one can take from us.  It is our duty as Americans to live our lives as we wish adding to the greater good of our countries as well as the greater good of humanity.  Not many other countries in the world have the freedom that we do.  We shed a lot of blood for our freedom and our for-fathers fought and died so that we could call the country we live in free.  They died free men!
Declaration of Independence
Thank you for visiting my site, and I would like to hope that you now agree with my point of view.  Through out the pages of the site I feel that I have defended my thesis very well and that now you have been persuaded.  Freedom is one of the only things that is really worth dying for, so I would like to think that the colonists felt the same way.
