Chronicle's Outline

Earth Abides
Indianapolis was almost completely destroyed in one night. Mortal authorities blamed the event on an earthquake, which was recorded on instruments all across the Midwest (the battle was that big). By Christmas, millions around the world were dead because of Hum. The characters knew that this was because of the Rapture or something like that. Earth, under God's light and guidence, was no longer a Reality. God has taken his chosen and left the world. There was no one to answer prayers, for there was no more Heaven. Humans were left to their own devices now. The characters made good use of that freedom.
When asked what they would do if they were immortal and there was no God to punish them, the players answered in strange ways. The characters seperated and went their own ways. One became a God-King in South America somewhere, using with Vampiric powers to prove to the locals his godhood, requiring blood sacrifices and cable TV. Another became a world famous artist. He used his powers to turn mortals into stone to create the most lifelike images of people. Noble statues adorned government and religious buildings and were built by him.
A third character, seeking to recreate a society in which vampires and humans lived side by side (This idea was hated by the Camrilla, who wanted to hide, and loved by the Anarchs, who felt the same way, but the Sabbat wanted to rule, not coexist.) In the ruins of Indianapolis, quarantined because of Hum, she created a society in which she, and her new lover, Anita Wainwright, lived openly with the mortals there. The Vampires helped the humans with their powers and the humans gave their blood. No one was killed there. As the years went by, more and more vampires and mortals arrived to give Indianapolis, a dead city, a new life. (She renamed Indianapolis Phoenix)
The final character, the one that was beat up a lot in most of the battle all through the Chronicle, wanted to do something for humanity (and for himself) He was really taken by Mentu-hetep when he was in Egypt and went back there to find out all he could about ancient Egypt. He allied with, and fought, vampires known as the Followers of Set, but eventually he found the Lost Tomb of Mentu-hetep. Inside were the remains of the ancient Pharaoh and the remains of a Middle Eastern man from the Dark Ages. Much of the history of Egypt was rewritten by this character as he explored and discovered the world's history by night.
