| Sir Vito haven�t finished yet his Post Graduate Studies after he received a Scholarship Grant in the Philippine Normal University in SY2003-2004 to Specialize in Secondary Education majoring in Social Sciences with focus in the field of Economics, Political Science, Values Education, History, Public Administration and Legislative Governance while he worked as a Volunteer Teacher Assistant & National Service Training Program (NSTP) Coordinator for the Government�s Literacy Training Service under the University�s Office of the Dean of Student Affairs and Student Services (OSASS) coordinating more or less 5,700 student and all were scholars of different reputable firms either government or private foundations or organizations, (i.e., Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Colgate & Palmolive Philippines, Procter & Gamble Philippines, and lastly Rotary Foundation of The Rotary International) and at the same time received personal recommendation for admission for 2nd Degree Studies from the University Dean of OSASS, for Princeton University, New Jersey, USA and was included in the list of over 350 international students from over 65 countries who received consideration. Moreover, before and after earning in 1999 his Degree in Bachelor of Theology major in Christian Education from the Christian Workers Theological School under the International Correspondence Institute as a 100% scholarship grant of the Bobby Ray Powell Foundation, of Rainbow City, Alabama, USA, also accelerated twice and received the second highest Academic Achievement Award, among 350 International Students and fellow graduates himself as �Magna Cum Laude�; Sir Vito was already a Volunteer Educator, Behavioral and Spiritual Counselor for free in public practice of the PNP-Speakers Bureau in different penitentiary facilities, in the Philippines here as follows: Molino, Carmona, Kalookan, Malabon & Valenzuela City Jails under PNP-NCR & Region IV Division � A National Government Program from 1998-2001. He specializes in Moral Recovery and Spiritual Awareness Program on behalf of the Philippine National Police Evangelical Chaplain Office and Values Formation Council (VFC) dedicated to moral, psychological, and spiritual development of a felon and of an individual addicted from dangerous drugs through Biblical Teachings and Non-formal Education Program of the Government under P.D.#62 and R.A.#6713 that poster new hope for them and give them confidence to be ready to return back to society as responsible citizens. Though he was offered to work as a Teacher in Macau University with good salary, he decided to pursue as a Government Volunteer Lecturer the PNP�VFC Literacy, Moral Recovery & Spiritual Awareness for the indigents and remote barangays of Negros Occ., Ilo-ilo, Antique, Aklan & Guimaras Island under PNP Region VI Division � A National Government Program from 2000-2002 since then his community service volunteerism have ranged from small, local organizations to internationally recognized movements stated below in chronology from future and present-backwards. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| He is the incoming District Rotaract Representative (DRR or Little Governor) and at present, he is the District Director for Club Service, Extension & Retention and also under the Rotary International District 3810 comprising the areas of Manila, Pasay, Cavite & Occidental Mindoro for the Rotary Year 2007-2008. At Present, he is the District Director for Club Service, Extension & Retention; Talking Head and Board of Trustees of the �League of the Youth for Peace and Development�; Convener of the Youth Alliance of the Philippines; A Youth Advocate of the Voice of the Youth (VOTY) Network and of Lunduyan sa Pagtataguyod at Pagtatanggol sa Karapatang Pambata, Member of UNICEF; Club Adviser of Rotaract Club of Imus East for RY 2005-2006. Concurrently served as the Chairman and Founding Officer of Rotaract Solid Cavite Clubs Federation; District Rotaract Area Representative (DRAR), Province of Cavite; and Centennial President of the Rotaract Club of Imus East for the Rotary Centennial Year 2004-2005; Concurrently served as Secretary General & Chairman � Commission on Appointments 9th Student Assembly, Office of the Legislative Body � Manila Campus from 2003-2004 and was elected as Vice-President for External Affairs for 2003 & as President for 2004 of Leadership Intervention Society Philippine Normal University System (Manila, Lopez Quezon, Isabela, Cadiz Negros & Agusan) of the Philippine Normal University; and as Graduate Team & Counselor of the Inter-School Christian Fellowship & Tanglaw Christian Fellowship for PNU & TUP of the Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship from 2003-2004; and Team Leader of the Early Assistance & Rescue Response Force (EARLY 7) under the Office of the Mayor, Municipality of Bacoor from 2002-2003. Prior to his career, Sir Vito served as a Lay Minister in the Church of God�s Miracles, Cavite Chapter from 1998-1999. Following his graduation from Christian Workers Theological School, he became a Lay Minister of the Bible Believers Philippines Inc. from 1999-2001 and pastored both urban and rural congregations. These included the last congregation he handled called "Predestinated Church of God" situated in valley of Kanlaon Volcano in Negros where he traveled to three churches in a 300-mile radius and take a hike of 7 to 18 kilometers that ranges from 45 minutes to 3 hours walk to conduct services every week. Sir Vito�s exemplary commitment to social work and spiritual concerns grows out of his experiences beginning from his early childhood to college years as he observed the communities and lives of people he grew up with. During his infancy to early childhood of 15 years old, though his family belonged from a middle class: he had the opportunity to live on a squatter�s area at Sucat Purok II, PNR Compound, Muntinlupa City, Because his grandfather worked as the Chief of Philippine National Railways (PNR) Sucat Station as the government provided them the privilege to own a compound in that government owned lots. He saw the consequences of poverty and illiteracy, moral degradation, youth problems due to broken families. Since high-school he became active in protecting the youth rights and advocating their vital role in nation building. While completing a Bachelor's degree in Theology, he "gives spiritual and behavioral counseling" by working as a volunteer clergy in Evangelical Chaplain Office of the Philippine National Police. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
