the system provides are enumerated below: Information to suppliers such as PO, Schedule, Inquiry,Payment Status,Material Receipt Status, Stock, etc. Information
from Suppliers such as Delivery Plan, Challan, Invoice, Schedule Confirmation, etc Information to dealers such as
dispatch details, dispatch plans, etc. I

such as sales position, order booking, etc. Other information which is common to all business
partners such as production program, etc Other Design Related Information like: Bill of
Materials Design Standards Sales Parts list, Viewing Facilities of CAD Data Transfer of

Solution is based on Oracle8i as the RDBMS at the
back-end and browser with Oracle Web Server as an engine. The hardware configuration of
Pune site consists of two identical high-end servers with a very large Disk Array Data
storage connected in a fail-safe cluster mode. VCM Solutions will be operational from 4
locations: Pune, Jamshedpur, Lucknow and Mumbai. The real benefits of using the Internet,
as a medium in this system are that there is a minimum
requirement at the suppliers' end. If a supplier has a PC (>16 MB RAM) with an
Internet (33.6 Kbps) connection and he is ready to use this state-of-the-art solution.
Although a user has the flexibility to use any popular web browser, the solution gives
