Capital Goods Division

Capital Goods Division is mainly involved in providing service to Non-Auto Divisions like Production Engineering, Electronics, ERC of TELCO & TAL (TELCO Automation Ltd).

Our Application Systems support all the phases of manufacturing like Design, Manufacturing, Implementation, and Billing etc.

The systems handled by CGD are :

TPL (Technical Parts List): This system looks after Designing and Manufacturing of Machines, Material handling equipment, Tools etc.

MPL (Material Planning and Purchase): This system handles planning and part allocation for the� purchases of the material required for the Machines, Material handling equipment,Tools etc.

PSS (Process Sheet System): This system handles process sheet generation for the manufacturing of the parts in shop for the Machines, Material handling equipment,Tools.

Billing: This system looks after billing cost valuation� of the Non-auto work-orders and reports takes care of all cost related details.

SCS (Standard Costing System): This system helps in estimating� material and labour costs� of the Machines, Material handling equipment, Tool.

PBS (Production Booking System): This system deals with booking of productive/idle hours in the shop.

METS (MSD Equipment Tracking): This systems caters to tracking of all assets in Tata Technologies & computer equipment in TELCO & TAL.

CGD has also supports development of� a web-GUI based applications to monitor the sales details & training� for IDeaS for the customers. CGD also conducts training programs for customers.
