| UMBC is a relatively new Honors University. It was founded about 25 years ago and is known for it's excellent computer and technology education. Being that it is a fairly new school, the residential life and student life are just really in the beginning stages. Traditions are beginning to be set, Jewish Life on campus is starting to emerge and students are beginning to be more connected by UMBC. | ||||||||||||||
