How do I put in an order?
- The first step is to message me. You can fill out this form here.
Once you fill out the form, I will contact you and we can talk about the process. The option of how we communicate is completely up to you.
Over the phone and is a faster option, but if emailing is more comfortable for you then that is fine too. The ordering process will take place at that time.
What is the turn around time?
- The turn around time depends on what is being done. I will try to get the product out as soon as I can, but times can fluctuate depending on how much is being done.
How much will it cost?
- There is no set price. It all depends on what is deing done, how soon you want the product and the cost of fabric.
Do I pay for the cost of fabric and/or labor?

- There are no hidden fees! The great thing about my service is you will know the final price. Here are the things that you pay for:

- Labor
- Shipping
Can I have an esitmate of the cost beforehand?
Can I make payments
- Payment must be received in full before I begin working on your order.
Where do you ship to?
- Bluebonnet Sewing ships all over the United States. You will receive a tracking number once the items have been shipped.
Where are you located?
- I'm located in Arlington, Texas.
What are your hours?
- Technically, I'm open 24 hours. However, I only sew during the week between the hours of 9 a.m to 5 p.m. That is also, the best time to reach me via email or phone.
On the weekends, I will respond to your messages, it just maybe a little slower than the weekdays.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
- If you plan on visiting my office, then yes. Although, most of my customers aren't based in Arlington, Texas.
Can you do alterations?
How do you get my measurements?
- I will let you know what measurements I need. Then you will be responsible for giving me the right measurements. I make the clothes off the measurements you give me.
This step in the process is crucial.
I need something done A.S.A.P., is that possible?
- More than likely, yes. However, it depends on what needs to be done. Please keep in mind, there will be a small fee for rushed orders.
What is your return policy?
- Bluebonnet Sewing is a custom sewing company that makes the items for YOU specifically. For that reason, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.
The communication process is the most important part. If the sizing isn't right then you will be responsible for not sending the proper information.
