There are many special effects we can do with images and backgrounds. We can also create drop-down navigation menus and interactive forms.
As you will see on the following pages, some are created using JavaScript and others are created using Java Applets. JavaScript is a script/batch language written directly inside a .html document. Java is different from JavaScript: Java is made by creating .class files and is more powerful than JavaScript. It requires that you download these .class files to your own computer and then upload them to your web server.
