About the Artist


Education

Rita has a Bachelors of Fine Art and Communications Degree from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York

Rita received a Web Specialist Certificate at Montgomery College, Rockville Maryland in May 2002 with honors.


Special Recognitions:
"Grace" an original porcelain doll created by Rita's Art was featured in "Dolls Magazine" the Holiday 2003 issue, page 71.

Rita's Art has a Grandpa Floyd doll (original mold by Donna Rupert)in the African American Museum of Philadelphia it is part of a private collection.

We also have an Ivan Doll (original mold by Rose Pinkful Originals) in the Black Doll Museum of Philadelphia.

We have been published in "Christmas Dolls" by Joan McKenzie Pulsey, Jones Publishing in November of 2005. Price $29.95 at your local Book Store.
