Banana Beach |

Here is our hotel. Banana Beach. This was a really nice place to stay. There were 2 pools that went to 6 ft. deep each. There was some noise thanks to the construction next door, but nothing I don't hear every day. I would stay there again. |

This is the view of the beach from the hotel steps. The beach does not lead to water. It is still a pretty fabulous view though. |

See the pink building in the corner? While we stayed at Banana Beach, they were creating more buildings for this Luxury Condo which is the pink building. Those Condos start at $450,000 US to buy one. |

This is the hotel enterance from the street. Across the street from this hotel is a little "convienience" store called Los Caminates. They had the BEST tortillas I have ever eaten! |

This is the sign for the travel shop that arranged all our diving and our tour of Altun Ha. It was called Monkey Business Travel and Tours. |

I couldn't find another place to put this picture, so it is in here. This is the plane that we had to take from Belize City to get to Ambergris Caye. It only held 13 passengers. It also had one seat for the pilot and one for the co-pilot. It is a Cessna Caravan 1000 |
