Buu is the strongest villain in Dragon Ball Z. He was created by a magician named Bibi-Di. He killed all the Kaoshin Gods but ended up being imprisoned by the last surviving one. Thousands of years later, son of Bibi-Di, Babi-Di once again released him. After being released he killed his master and soon destroyed everyone else on the world. At one time in the saga, everyone but Goku, Vegeta and Buu were dead on Earth. Similar to Cell, he undergoes physical changes every time he absorbs someone new. In the end Buu was destroyed by Goku's Super Spirit Bomb.

A fighter not to be taken lightly, Boujack is a very powerful fighter. He is the main villain in Movie 9. He comes into play by hijacking a martial arts tournament. He then gets his minions to do the fighting for him but when they get destroyed he takes on Super Saiyan 2 Gohan by himself. He fails in this task and gets killed by one of Gohan's Ka Meha Meha.

The legendary Super Saiyan, that appears every 10,000 years. Brolly is supposedly the strongest Saiyan ever. At birth, he had a power level of 10,000 and was born on the same day as Goku who had a power level of 1. As they laid aside as infants, Goku's constant crying and then Goku stealing his rattle drove his hatred towards Goku or Kakarot. King Vegeta sentenced Brolly and his father Paragus to exile in fear of his immense power. When Freeza destroyed the planet it was his power that saved him and his father and since Brolly couldn't take out his anger, for the exile, on King Vegeta he takes it out on his son. Driven mad with power he kills his own father and attempts to kill Goku, in which he failed. In Movie 10, he reappears and this time with the help of Trunks, Goten and Gohan, the four Saiyans fire one large Ka Meha Meha at him and is killed. In Movie 11, a scientist resurrects Brolly as a large blob, using some leftover DNA he found. Goten and Trunks kill him this time. Even though he is the legendary Saiyan he could not defeat the Z warriors.
