One of the most powerful warriors in the universe, he runs a group of criminals who clear life from habitable planets and then sell the worlds to the highest bidder. Already untouchable in the universe, he wants to make his power everlasting. His quest for immortality brought him to Planet Namek, where there are seven dragon balls. As a changeling, Freeza has numerous stages of power, each with it's own distinct appearance. He has four forms in total. His first form is weak but wastes little energy; the second form is enormous and twice as powerful; the third looks like an alien and is even more powerful; and Freeza's fourth "true" form is small, but much sleeker and more powerful. After he is defeated by Goku, his father picks them up and encases them in an even more powerful android body. Freeza operates off of Planet Freeza where his men are stationed.

A creation of Dr.Gero's, he was assembled using DNA from the best fighters in the universe. The project was taking too long so he abandoned it. However, the computer remained working even after his death. Cell was completed a few years after "Future Trunks" destroyed Androids #17 and #18 in his time, whom Cell needed to become "perfect" and reach his true power. Seeing there was no solution to this problem in his time, Cell murdered Trunks and traveled to another dimension where the Androids still existed. Cell eventually found what he was looking for and became "perfect". He held a game where he'll challenge everyone in the world to fight him and if all of they lost, the world would be destroyed. Cell also did something no other villain was able to do by themselves, kill Goku. Cell is eventually killed by Super Saiyan 2 Gohan with a one handed Ka Meha Meha.
