Things are already beginning to look
good for R9 Clan. Tonight we played some great battles involving myself (SF), Viper and
kaiser. The first map we played was southern france,which viper was absent for. As we all
know rockets are a favourite weapon on this map so it was a bit crazy. after a good game
kaiser took 1st and i took 2nd. The next map was destroyed village. Viper joined us half
way through the game, which was absolute carnage thanks to a teamkiller. below is a
screenshot on the following scores. If we can do a bit better, we could have some good
clan battles coming our way.

Welcome to the homebase of R9 Clan. We are a small, yet strong team that
hope to dominate the medal of honor community. We are currently recruiting young members
with talent so if your interested contact myself by catching me on gamespy or by clicking
here. R9 is a clan that wants to excel and be better than the rest. R9 is strictly a
non-shotgun and non-rocket clan, but In matches 1 rocket per team may be allowed,but the
rocketer must also play with SMG,MG or Rifles.
Another thing that differs R9 from other clans is, there is no command structure. I have
been in many a clan, where ranking system and structures cause the failing of an otherwise
perfect clan. Everyone in R9 is equal, so if you have a problem we will discuss as a
group. If someone wants to join R9 we decide as a team. No one person has more power other
another person in R9. R9 will also be competing in tournaments and ladders once we are all
up to scratch on our skills. There will also be regular training sessions which will be
held every wednesday, friday and sunday. R9 members are expected to be able to attend at
least 1 of the sessions,although 2 is preferred. As already stated, R9 is looking for
talented players only!. So if your a rookie, please dont waste our time or your own for
that matter, applying for a tryout. If you impress us there is no trial tag, but you
MUST attend 2 out of the 3 training nights per week for 6 weeks to show you are dedicated
enough to be an R9.

site - Sunday 8th April 2002 |

I
hope you like the new site, it was made from scratch but the ideas came from other sites
scattered here and there. If you want a good clan,you need a good site so here it is. I
also have some news on my earlier post about custom skins for R9.
I have some work done on them now and hope to get them finished, packed and downloadable
by the 1st may. Yes i know it seems a long time, just for some bloody skins, but i
want them to look good and represent R9 well.
Can all new members please send me a picture of themselves if possible, and make sure you
have or buy a microphone as it is an essential piece of equipment on the battle field. As
you should all know anyway, we use roger wilco to help work as a team.

| Custom skins

I
was sitting down tonight and i thought to myself " I'll make R9 some custom
skins". Yep i have decided that im gonna have a go at making R9 its very own player
skins. I've never really been interested by skinning before, so i never really knew how
to.
I spent all night reading about how it should be done and what i should use etc, and i now
feel confident i can do some nice skins. I will begin work on them later this week and
will give a realease date in 2 days. I am currently taking requests for some personalised
insignia's for the uniforms etc, so if you would like your own personalised skin make sure
you ask. Stay tuned!
