1 5/8 yards of tan fabric for outer border
1 yard of green fabric for vine and leaves
1 yard of red print for star, middle border and binding
� yard of cream fabric for inner border
� yard of dark beige for middle border
Assorted fabric for patchwork and applique
3 � yards of backing fabric
72" x 90" (twin size) quilt batting
1 � yards of paper-backed fusible webbing (optonal)
Tracing paper and freezer paper
Cutting

From Green fabric cut:
1 (18") square
- from this cut 1 1/8" - wide bias strips.  Piece strips as             necessary to get 8 (22"-long) strips for vines .
- 40 leaves

From Red Print fabric cut:
2 (11/2" x  36 �') strips and 2 (1 �"  x 38 �" strips for middle  border
6 (2" - wide) strips for binding
1 (9") squares.  Cut square in half diagonally in both directions   to get 4 B triangles
4 (6") C squares

From Tan fabric cut:
4 ( 7 �"  x 56") lengthwise strips for outer border

From Cream fabric cut:
4 (3 5/8"-wide) strips for inner border

From Dark Beige Fabric cut
2 (1 �" x 28 �") and  2 ( 1 �" x 30 �")for middle border

From Assorted Scraps cut:
15 strips, each 42" long, cut � " - 2" wide for string patchwork
20 (3 7/8") squares from medium/dark fabrics and  2 (3 7/8") squares from light fabrics.  Cut each square in half diagonally to get 44 D triangles
20 (4  �") squares from light fabrics and 2 (4 �") squares   from medium/dark fabrics.  Cut each square in half diagonally  in both directions to get 88 E triangles
4 birds and 4 reversed birds
8 bird wings
8 star flowers and  8 flower centers
8 tulips and 8 tulip tips
4 baskets and 4 hearts
32 cherries
