Adding Middle Border
1. Sew dark beige strips to quilt.  Press seam allowances toward beige boarder.

2. Referring to picture below, join 2 light E triangles to make a larger triangle.  Sew this triangle to a med/dk D triangle to make a square. Make 40 border units.
3. Referring to picture below, make 4 border corner units in the same manner, joining 2 dark E triangles and 1 light  D triangle make each unit.
4. Referring to the Border diagram show at the top of this page, join 10 border units in a row to make each border.  Each row is assembled in the same manner with dark D triangles always in upper left corner of unit

5. Referring to the Border diagram show at the top of this page, sew 2 pieced borders to opposite sides of quilt top.  Join corner units to ends of remaining borders; then add these borders to remaining sides

6. Sew 1 �"-wide red border to quilt top
