UK: "ALIAS" episode "Reckoning" will show on Channel 4 on Saturday, 19 October at 5.35pm. THE HURRICANE will be on Sky Movies Premier 4 on Thursday, 17 October at 12:25am and on Sky Movies Premier 2 Wednesday, 23 October at 12:50am. HARBOUR BEAT will show on Five on Saturday, 19 October at 2:15am. CIRCUS will show on Sky Movies Max 5 on Thursday, 24 October at 3:20am. Several commercials featuring John's voice are playing on television as well.

France: LA MOMIE (THE MUMMY) can be seen on TF1 Tuesday, 22 October at 8:55pm.

Iceland: "LAUNR��" ("ALIAS") is showing on R�V on Mondays at 10:15pm. "Reckoning" is expected for 28 October and "Color Blind" for 4 November.

Germany: "MCCALLUM" episode "Touch" will show on Premiere Krimi on 13 November at 9:55pm and on 14 November at 4:05am.

Germany: VIER HOCHZEITEN UND EIN TODESFALL (FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL) will show on Premiere Start on 3 November at 4:30pm, on Premiere 6 on 3 November at 4:30pm and on Premiere 6 on 9 November at 2:30am. "MCCALLUM" episode "Tote schweigen nicht: Familienbande" ("Sacrifice") will show on Premiere Krimi on 6 November at 9:55pm and on 7 November at 4am.

UK: CIRCUS will show on Sky Movies Max on Friday, 11 October at 2:55am and PANDAEMONIUM will have its UK television debut Thursday, 9 October at 9pm on BBC4. There are also four commercials narrated by John which are playing on UK television now, for Cancer Research UK, General Electric, and Shell.

General information: I must really be missing something here in France, not being able to see MDS! Many people have asked about John's tattoo, which was apparently visible during last week's episode. I'm afraid I can't tell you anything about it. In the John Hannah Appreciation Club, people have speculated that it's a thistle, a butterfly, a maple leaf, and many other things, but I don't have any concrete information.

Site maintenance: There are two things I want to mention:

First, I hope to move this site to a new host soon. It shouldn't affect the visitors too much - the address will remain the same and any downtime should be minimal. Please just keep that in mind if you come for a visit and temporarily can't find the site.

Second, I (srah, the site manager) will be leaving later this month for seven months in France. Since I've changed the News page to the easier-to-update Blogger-powered format, I hope I'll be able to keep all of you posted on John's career (especially any developments on his current project, MDS) while I'm out of the country.

US: Lots of great photographs from MDS can be found online at ABCMedianet.com. Also, it looks like MDS will be covered online with entertainingly sarcastic recaps by Television Without Pity when it begins this fall. Discussions have already begun in TWoP's forums.

On television, you can catch THE HURRICANE, Wednesday, 21 August at 9pm on Sky Movies Premier 3 and ROMANCE AND REJECTION (SO THIS IS ROMANCE?) on Sky Movies Premier 1 on Thursday, 22 August at 3:15am. This last film is rather rare to see on television, so set those video recorders!

UK: CIRCUS will be showing on Sky MovieMax 2 at 1:25am on Saturday, July 27. THE MUMMY RETURNS begins on Sky Box Office next week.

Germany: CIRCUS is showing on Premiere 5 on 28 July at 12:15am; Premiere 4 on 5 August at 1:30am; Premiere 4 on 20 August at 11:45pm; and Premiere 3 on 23 August at 1:15am and 10:30pm.
