There are many benefits to becoming a member of The Order Of Palm.   You will be able to share ideas with other Palm OS users of above-average skill,  be able to contribute to the growth of the site as an invaluable Palm OS knowledgebase.   And know that you are part of something that is destined to change things as we know it.

To join The Order Of Palm, one must provide either:

• One PalmOS related tip, trick or hack that hasn't allready been submitted by another member.
  
• Or one PalmOS related link, that is not allready on the PATHS page.

If your submission is deemed acceptable, you will receive an email stating your status as a member and asking you to answer a number of questions that will be used to generate your profile on the MEMBERS page.   And you will also receive a personalized digital ID for your PalmOS device,  that you can use to identify yourself to other Order Of Palm members, should you ever encounter any.

Members will be ranked by the amount of accepted submissions they supply to The Order Of Palm.

THE RANKING SYSTEM:

• Chief Scribe:  webmaster (only one).
  
• Scribe:  five or more accepted submissions.
  
• Acolyte:  two to four accepted submissions.
  
• Initiate:  one accepted submission.
