| PAYMENT POLICY: |
One night's deposit due within 7 days of booking to secure reservation. Remaining balance plus security deposit equalling one night's rate due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of check-out. Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled before 45 days prior to check-in date, otherwise all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Payments must be made by check only.
