At the Doctor's

A:  Are you ready to go shopping?
B:  I don't feel very well.  Why don't you go without me?
A:  What's wrong?
B:  I have a headache, and my joints ache.
A:  You look a little flushed.  Do you have a fever?
B:  Maybe.  I feel kind of clammy.
A:  Your forehead is very hot.  Maybe you should see a doctor.
B:  I suppose so.
A:  Don't worry.  I'll go with you.
B:  Thanks.
A:  Excuse me.
Hotel Clerk:  May I help you?
A:  Yes.  My friend is sick.  We need a doctor.
Hotel Clerk:  Is it an emergency?
A:  No, but I think he/she has a fever.
Hotel Clerk:  I see.  I'll make an appointment with the hotel physician.
A:  Thank you very much.
Nurse:  Please sign in, Mr./Ms.  E
B:  Tanaka.
Nurse:  Mr./Ms. Tanaka, the doctor will see you shortly.  Let me just check a few things and ask you some questions.
