New Spells

Recover Tally                                                     Special
This spell is similar in effect to Recover ST. Recover Tally allows a Mage to subtract 1
from his tally each day at his Hour of Recovery at level 15, 2 at level 20, and 3 at level 25.
No further decrease is available. This spell may not be cast on another. Recover Tally will
not work in low- or no-mana areas.
Cost: None
Pre-requisite: Magery, Recover ST
Item: Jewelry. Allows wearer to Recover as though he had Skill in Recover Tally equal to
the Item�s Power. Extremely Rare. Must be made of alloyed silver and platinum. Energy
cost to create: 2500

Heal Calamities                                                  Special
This spell is used to erase regional and global changes brought about by magical Calamity.
It requires at least 3 Mages and Ceremonial Magic (even if one Mage has sufficient Thresh
and RR to cast the spell, it must still be cast by 3). The Mages must work together for at
least 8 hours during each day and can only eat and rest in the remaining time. They may
not even study. The casting circle must remain awake. Alternate Mages may take shifts,
but there must be at least 3 Mages in the circle at all times.
Casting Time: Equal to the die-roll that caused the Calamity times 2 hours.
Cost: Equal to 1/10 the die-roll, rounded up,  that caused the Calamity each hour of
casting. This may be divided among casters in any way.
Pre-requisite: Magery 2, IQ 15+, Dispel Magic, RR 2d+3 or more.
