GURPS Character Maker by Thomas Bont
This is the best character generation program I have found so far. It includes the abilities to print .bmp pictures with your character, export the character to an .html format, and completely edit and change any facet of the database.
This is the program used to create the racial templates found in my site. Check it out, I think it's really great.

I don't remember where I found these, but they're good. You must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for this.
GURPS Lite
Compiled in .PDF format by SJ Games, this is a 32-page booklet that has all you need to know to play GURPS. It's not enough to let you run a game, but it can be a handy quick referance for players.

A .PDF collection of all the tables in the GURPS Basic Set. Handy for quickly looking things up.
Calamity Table
