Walking the labyrinth has been known to inspire peace, love, hope and joy. Let it inspire you! The labyrinth is a symbolic pilgrimage or journey to the divine. It is an archetypal image that is found throughout history. Unlike a maze, the labyrinth has only one path which leads to the center and out again. The path winds through and becomes a mirror for where we are in our lives; it touches our sorrows and releases our joys. Walk it with an open mind and open heart. As a Veriditas Certified Facilitator, I have access to many resources to help to make your labyrinth event one of a kind. In May I had the pleasure of traveling with Dr. Lauren Artress, Veriditas founder, to Chartres Cathedral. While at Chartres I was blessed by the presence of the many spirits who have walked the labyrinth over the centuries. With the help of friends my canvas labyrinth has been seasoned with love and prayers, we spent several days painting the canvas and the prayers were added over the course of several months. I would love to show you the pictures of the birth of my labyrinth. Please help to season the canvas by adding your love and prayers. The only requirement for a labyrinth event using my modfied Chartres style canvas labyrinth is a room with 24' of open floor space. All other details are negotiable.

We are also pleased to offer our own design 7-circuit (11"x11") wooden finger labyrinths. Finger labyrinths are a wonderful problem solving, relaxation tool. Finger labyrinths are a wonderful problem solving, relaxation tool. Here are a few of the ways we have found finger labyrinths to be useful
1. as a meditation tool 2. as a problem solving tool 3. allowing children with ADD/ADHD to regain some control when their inappropriate behaviors begin.
We have had success with children who have ADD/ADHD being able to redirect their behaviors and learn to center and calm down without confrontations. They have now learned when it is time to work with the finger labyirnths without being prompted to do so. The combinatin of mindeful breathing and concentrating on this quiet activity has become a wonderful way for the children to regain some control. *There have been no scientific studies to prove that this works, we can only say that we have found some success using this tool.
