I would of never played this game if I had not gotten a XBOX. Well I wouldn't have played any game if I hadn't gotten a XBOX. But my point is that this game came with the XBOX so if I hadn't gotten a XBOX I wouldn't have ever played this game. Your still confused aren't you? Forget it. This is a shell-shaded, over the top roller skating, giraffti spraying, all out no point in this game but hell im gonna play it anyway game. The game takes place in futuristic Tokyo, Japan. You start out as a little guy who wants to join this little street group named the GGs. Once your in you go around the city spraying your giraffti everywhere and trying to get a evil cooperation to get out of Japan, while taking on other street groups. You can choose from a wide range of characters, and you can customize your giraffti to say whatever you want. There is some killer music and I mean "killer" music and "killer" music. Most of the music rocks but some of it is just horrible. There is one song where this very bad singing woeman sings the lyrics, "I am a cookie for my son and his wife" which makes no sense. I really had a problem with that. Also, there is barely any variety in the game, all you do is skate around and spray giraffti everywhere, not to mention the only trick you can do is grind and some of the grinding is way over the top, even for Tony Hawk games, even though that isnt a roller skate video game my point is that you do some over the top tricks in that game but what you do in this is way more over the top than that. But to some, that is a good thing. With all the strange things about this game, its no wonder why XBOX gave it to us for free. There is no point in playing this game but for some reason you just do and you will have fun when you do. I give Jet Set Radio Future a: 7.8/10. |
