Operation and Logistics
We formed our project
committee on 23 August and had our first project meeting on 4
September.
The collected books at NUS
were stored temporarily in the Medical Society office and were later
transported to Bishan Community Club.
We distributed over 2,000
brochures to the residents of Bishan East and North to inform them of our
book collection drive.
We collected nearly 600 books
and magazines at the end of the collection drive. They will be stored at
Bishan Community Club till our exploratory trips to Myanmar and Cambodia
at the end of the year.
