| Meet the Staff Rochelle Lewis, visionary, innovator founder and CEO, established the P.W. Enhancement Center, in January 2000, to serve disadvantage low-income and homeless individuals and family who are in crisis with rental assistance, homeless motel vouchers, and food, counseling and referral services. Rochelle provides leadership and support to ensure the development and implementation of a strategic plan to achieve short-term and long-term objectives that realize the P.W Enhancement Center overall mission in the communities served. She has developed and established collaborations/partnerships with community based, public and private organizations and agencies throughout the Inland Empire. She has worked persistently to enhance credibility and provide leadership for effective development of financial resources and support through grant funders, individuals, and corporate donations to help keep the doors of the center opened. Cynthia Gordon-Smith, food bank volunteer, for the past 8 years, and now a volunteer program assistant, enjoys working with the public. She is committed to ensure services are provided in a timely manner for displaced families, and individuals helping them move to toward self-sufficiency and pride. Aletha Kidd has volunteered with the P.W. Enhancement Center for past 8 years and has over 20 years experience in Social Services. Despite her disabilities, she is dedicated to helping others. She is responsible for the daily operations of the Community Emergency Outreach Services. Aletha continually puts the needs of others before her own. Her positive attitude leaves the people she serves with a sense of hope. Joyce Lockhart-Malachi has volunteered with the P.W. Enhancement Center for the past 3 years. She is dedicated, and has a love for the people who are in need of our services. Joyce has 30 years experience in the medical field. She is always ready to help in any capacity. Joyce always works hard to make sure the shelves are never empty, so that no one is ever turned away for food assistance. |
