Diary of events

After last years holiday i didn't think it was possible to meet people i got on better with, or animators i was more fond of.. BUT i was wrong. This was by far the best holiday of my life. I loved every moment of it and i wouldn't change it for the world.

I was really looking forward to my holiday because i'd had a tough year at school with GCSEs etc and needed a break. We got to the hotel and it was just like it is every year, the best! The same people worked there in the restaurant, at the bars, behind the reception counter, in the shop. Was like time had stopped still for a year. Mum and dad's room wasn't ready so they had a temporary bungalow down by the beach for the rest of the evening and until 12 the next day, it was really nice though, but they didn't wanna be so far away from me and Ollie, because we were in the apartment block. Our room was really small but it didn't matter because the one mum and dad were moving into was huge and had a mahoosive balcony so we could just chill in their room.

We were getting everything sorted, unpacking and stuff when Aagje came to the room, the girl we'd met two years before, who was besotted with Ollie and forgot that i was an actual human being and treating me like i was just Ollie's receptionist was actually quite hurtful.. but i thought she might have changed after all this time so i'd give her the benefit of the doubt. One of the first things she said to me was: what did you do to your hair?!, which got my back up and i knew she was the same old insensitive girl she'd always been.

She went and mum dad and Ollie went down to the pool for a swim, even though it was 7pm. I went down to see them afterwards, but didn't feel like a swim. We had dinner and the waiter we've had for the past 3 years remembered us, which was really nice. I was trying to spot the animation team in the normal spot where they sit and guess what?! one of the animators from the previous year was there. Andrea, the chief! I was so gobsmacked, cos i remember on my last day he was stoned and talking to me and Debra about a new hammer he'd bought, and that he wanted me to buy him a superman top like Lorenzo's, which i didn't in the end :S

We sat around playing cards, then Ollie and I went down to watch the evening show and some of it was really good.. Aagje told us about the animation team and what they were all like, and then we went out to Whispers, a bar/club stayed there till about 12:30 and then walked around seeing if all the bars were still there that Ollie used to go to. We went back to the room about 1 because we were both tired from travelling. Ollie went to sit on the beach and write until 1:30 and I was writing in my diary.

Next day was volleyball, and Pablo took it, he was so hilarious and I was really looking forward to the animators this year because they all seemed really good…

Ok so now I'll stop doing a step by step thingy cos u'll get bored. But Pablo quickly learnt my name and kept asking me to do all the different games, like darts and table tennis, which I did with my dad, and the pool games and stuff.

Emily came on the Friday and I was so worried because her name wasn't down on the list of people arriving so I thought she'd got the wrong date. I went to hackers with Ollie and I came back at 10 and she was there sitting at a table in reception with her brother. The hotel had mucked up their reservation so they had to wait to sort it out, they were staying in the big farm house opposite where I was. With Alex in tow we went down to the show and it was so nice being with her again, after a year, I missed her so much and we're so alike its freaky! I showed her one of the animators and she fell in love with him instantly. From that day we were inseparable, doing everything together, when one of us needed the loo the other went too. She quickly got to know the animators with me and we all got on so well. On the Monday we did mini golf which I won, and we met Becky , Olga and Alice.

They quickly became our bumchums and that evening we sat with them and it felt so cool having 5 of us in a group. We all got on so well and they were all so nice. Also that evening we went to speak to Andrea and he remembered me from last year, and still wanted me to buy him a t-shirt!! Cheeky git!

The next day we were all mucking around with each other and ate lunch together and did everything in a 5. We then met Curtis and Nathan in the pool and made a friendship with them, which was fun cos they were really nice at the time.

In the evening we got to know their mum Jane who they were with, who was equally as nice. I wore my batman top that night and Pablo wanted one.. just as Andrea had wanted the superman one. That night was Grease, which was really good and they were all extremely good dancers.

I also stayed up that night with Curtis and Nathan, chatting until nearly 1 am when my dad came down and embarrassed the hell outta me, like he always does!

Next day Emz and I went into town and I bought Pablo and Andrea their tops, when I gave Pablo his top he was so shocked and had to keep giving me kisses. I gave Andrea his too and he was equally as shocked ! Was so funny to see two grown men get so speechless over t-shirts of all things…

Later that day Alice, Becky Emz and i were playing the stupidest game of scrabble. Where we had to make up the most weird words.. was such a laugh.Olga was off at Aqua Land so we didn't see her till the afternoon.

As we were sitting down Andrea came over in his superman top (see in pic above) with a video camera thing and started chatting to us and filming us. Saying we were the wonderful girls who bought him the t-shirt. We then went backstage with him and watched back what he'd just done on his laptop, and lots of other clips from last years animation team. It was so weird seeing Lorenzo and the others again.

Then all the other animators came in and watched them with us, but Mirko was being a div and kept telling us to leave, he was joking but it really wasn't funny because he kept going on and on at us to go. Andrea put him in his place when he said that because we bought him the t-shirt we can do what we like!! yes yes boss man! lol

Michi came in also, the chief animatior, who happens to be Frank's mate. He started singing "O Sola Mio" to us which was really funny. We then went out and Olga came back and we were just mucking aroundm chattin to Pablo..and we all went to play Waterpolo.

That night was a cabaret show, and we sat with Curtis n Nathan. During the club dance Serena one of the animators wanted Nathan to the dance so she ran over to him and he jumped over tha wall so he could get away from her, which was nice!! After that Serena came and chatted to us, and we got to know her much better and it was the beginning of our friendship.

Becky and Olga were chattin to Mirko and Pablo at the DJ booth so i went over with them and Becky told Pablo in Italian that she loved him and he smiled and goes "really really" bless him. Then he randomly goes to me " I love you" and i said it back but he didn't believe me. We then had a long convo about sex and threesomes with them, which i have on video tape, as does Mirko. I was filming Pablo and Mirko and Mirko was filming me, Olga and Becky. Was hilarious

Becky and Olga had to go back to their rooms at 11:40 because they weren't allowed to stay up late, so i stayed chatting to Mirko and Pablo. More Pablo that Mirko because he was playing a computer game, and getting really emotional about it because "the stupid guard won't follow me.. i don't understand.. i move but the guard just won't come with me" lol, bless him. Pablo came out of the DJ booth to chat to me and we were talking about what i'll be doing when i leave, about college etc and he said that we wanted to come to London after the season finished, and would come and visit us. We were talking for a while and it was really nice to chat to him without everyone else around.

I went to the bar and sat with Curtis for a while, then Pablo came to join us and we then had a strange convo about God because Curtis' tshirt said "i was an atheist before i realised i was god", which Pablo found amusing. At about 12:30 we walked up the hill, the 3 of us, to our rooms, at the top i was to go right, pablo straight on, and Curtis left, so i was about to go right and Pablo walked with me a bit and said he wanted a kiss, but as Curtis was there i just kissed him on the cheek, he kissed me and we hugged and said goodnight. It was really sweet.

Next day i went to breakfast with Emz, i think...lol.. and we went down to the pool and just mucked around like always, and chatted to Pablo about his "little flower!" and Emz was stroking his head, like always.

The rest of the day was spent just doing random things, we went to watch Mirko playing football and he professed his love for Olga and took some really sweet photos with her

We walked back with Mirko and we watched the animators rehearsing for the rocky horrow show, and for a cabaret they were doing. Michi was hilarious doing some random dance with his pecks. We were chatting to Pablo and Mirko and then Pablo got in a right mood for some reason, said it was to do with work but we were sure.

 

The show was wicked and at the end this random “batman” logo came up on the projector, afterwards Andrea told me that it was from the tshirt I gave to Pablo, he'd taken a pic of it and digitally enhanced it in some way to make it funky, and he put it up to show me!! How sweet.. all the rest of the guests were really confused about it but oh well lol..he then played last years' fire show on the screen for us, and told me he'd put it on disc for me to keep. After we were sitting with Curtis n Nathan AGAIN.. lol…after the show Curtis and I were sitting around with Serena and Pablo came over and I asked him if he was ok and he said he was ok but Emily had just got on his nerves a bit always jumping on him, and I said that had nothing to do with me, and he said he knew that of course, and gimme a kiss and walked off…bless

Serena wanted Curtis and I to come out with her but we were really knackered. I'd told her the next day we'd definitely come out tho.

The next day Olga was leaving and Pablo put on the club dances in the morning so that emz, Becky, Alice and Olga could do one last dance together.

later we all played volleyball and our team was called Breakfast.. cos Pablo wanted to be random and call us that.. but we changed it to Swedish breakfast, cos of Olga.. and then randomly went round going “Sweden clap clap clap”.. everyone in the hotel thought we were mad. Olga went to tell Mirko she was leaving and he wanted a “proper” kiss from her, but went really cold on her when she said she would, so they kissed bye and we waited for her in reception, and said our goodbyes, was really sad! :(

That night was men verses women, where 4 men and 4 women competed to see who would be the best in the hotel. Was so funny, the different games they played, collecting as many shoes as possible, belts, bras etc.. the funniest moment was when Emilys gave her bra to one of the ladies and Michi was going through them and cos hers was bright pink/orange he was so mesmerised by it and goes “unbelieveable”, and she was so embarrassed to go up and get it she stomped on stage grabbed it and came and sat back down, but he was going: no no come back come back.. I'll give you a present! Lol.. then the last thing they did was a conga, of how many men would do it, then how many women. When it came to women Curtis sat on emz so she couldn't go up, I pulled him off so she ran off and joined the conga, but then he grabbed me and wouldn't let go, he was yanking my leg and wouldn't move, I trod on him, hit him, punched him but he would not get off me. One other women tried to get him off me but he wouldn't let me go till the conga had finished and there was no way I could join it! I was no impressed. The women won anyway, but it was just rudeness!

After the show, we took piccies with Serena and were chilling with her and Pablo for a bit, I was at the DJ booth chattin to Serena and Pablo with Becky, and she asked him for a hug, so he gave her one, and then goes: oh I want to give u one, so gave me one, and then Becky had to go so I was on my own with them, waiting for Ollie to come down cos we were all spose to be going out with the animators.

These 2 blokes Dan and Jay were really pissed and were chattin to Serena and she was getting really annoyed with them cos they were mucking around with the controls for the lights and music so she shouted at them, and they were swearing at all the little kids so she told them to get lost! Go girl! I was trying to get away from them so I moved further down the side of the booth, and Pablo was saying to me thank god I was there, I was the only sane one. Lol.. there was this little 13 yr old German girl Katie who was really pretty, but young, and she was at the booth with her friends and she was speaking to Serena in German about how she wanted Pablo to be her boyfriend, so Pablo had gone back stage to get away from Jay and Dan and Serena was shouting back to him that could Katie be his girlfriend but they didn't kiss or hold hands or anything, they were just boyfriend and girlfriend, and he shouted back: yeh yeh… two minutes later he shouted in Italian: have they gone, and Serena said it was only me there, so he came back and chatted. I told him that Katie couldn't be his girlfriend cos it'd upset me, so he said to me: yes but shes only small I cant do anything with her, u are my 16 yr old girlfriend, and then gave me a kiss…I could have jumped over the booth and pulled him right then but I thought the better of it lol..Ollie had come down and was chattin to the guys, and Kirsty came over and so did Rory.. we then all waited for Michi to come back and we all walked up to the top, joking about Serena having a Brazilian Wax, but she didn't understand so we had to explain it to her, and Michi was being soooo dirty was unbelievable.

Then Serena and Kirsty said they didn't wanna go out, and Ollie said that if it was only Pablo then there was no point in us going cos he wanted the whole group to be together, we arranged to go out the next day. I hugged Serena and Kirsty and then went to kiss Pablo and he did the same so we kinda met in the middle, in front of everyone which was embarrassing…he'd said I could go to the beach with him the next day and hed come to the pool to tell me when he was going, but then seemed a bit apprehensive about it because he didn't wanna see Becky.

That morning I had lunch with Emily and Lore, one of the Jet Air tour reps…

That day was the animators day off so we spent the morning pushing each other in, all 10 of us, we'd met some new boys so me and Emily were the only girls getting pushed in. … although I have to say I have as well as I got!! Lol

Emz and I helped out at the kids club and played volleyball and football with the kids, which was really fun and helped out Lore.

Pablo and Mirko came down and I went to speak to them to see if they were going to the beach and Emily was with me, so Pablo looked at me as to say: I want u to come but I don't want all the others too, I need my space, so I didn't press the matter and just said I'd see them later. He told me he'd be at the beach party at Adonis in the evening, so I was happy that I would see him then.

The rest of the day we just didn't do too much, chilled out, played in the pool, went to hackers..

then it was greek night! Oh wot a joy…Curtis was Thompson the dog, which was hilarious to watch him do mini disco! I'd had a bit to drink so I was pretty happy even tho Greek night was so crappy…we had a laugh…

after the show I was chattin to Mirko and his mum and sister were there, they'd come over from Italy. He kept asking me to dance with him but I said no because I hate dancing, then I decided to go on a mission, cos I was a bit merry, to argue with him about his age.. cos he said he was born in 1981 and was 23, but his birthday was in November of this year, so he wouldn't have been 23 yet. But he was adamant that he was 23.. so I went and asked his sister, but I think he told her over my head that she should say he was 23! Lol

Becky and I then went up with her mum and Curtis to the top cos I was meeting Ollie at midnight to go out to the clubs/bars in Gouvia, I was so tipsy and so was Becky we were creasing up walking up the hill together, and her mum thought we were mad.. I met up with Ollie and he Dan and I walked down to Whispers to meet the others, Ollie was really drunk. He promised me we'd go to Adonis and see the animators before the night was through.

We then went to Treetops, where he danced on a table, and they were all shouting in the street “ENGLAND ARE THE BEST SO FUCK ALL THE REST” so loud, and it was so funny, everyone was starring… we then went back to Whispers and he got more drinks… then at 1:10 we sat at a table and Ollie fell off his chair and walked out of the bar.. I followed him thinking he was just drunk and needed a piss, but he said he wanted to go home. On the way this other bloke who was friends with him came up to me and goes: how do I get home? I been walking in circles.. so I had him over one shoulder taking him home and Ollie was walking in the road in front of cars so I had to get him, so I had one on each shoulder, and took them back to the hotel. The other bloke knew where to go from reception but Ollie was so out of it he was shouting that his trousers had fallen down and he was saying all sorts about his gf and stuff.. I got him to the room and mum heard us making so much noise. Ollie collapsed on his bed, trousers down by his ankles, was in such a state, started puking all over the place, and mum had to stay in our room till 3am!

The next day Ollie couldn't get up, so he spent the whole time in his room. It was my last day so I was making the most of it, doing volleyball with Pablo, which was funny as always…watching the animators rehearse was really funny, and I had to keep explaining to them why Ollie wasn't around and why we hadn't met up with them the previous night, cos Pablo had said he was looking for us.

We went to watch football with Pablo for a while and took some footage on the camcorder which was a laugh, made me realise how much I was gonna miss everyone.

That day during rehearsals was the first time Emz and I had properly spoken to Rory, who was hilarious, he used to say “Hang Loose” all the time, and we'd told him what it actually meant.. lol… he then invited us up to his penthouse to have a threesome lol.. we were like “ok then”….. we also got to know Giuilia and Kirsty better.

The show that night was really good, we sat 2 nd to front row and Rory sat with us for some of the mini disco, and kept saying “I live in the penthouse baby, so hang loose” to my camcorder lol…

the end of the show where they do the introduction of who's who in the animation team Emily kept shouting things out and it was hilarious cos Michi would stop and talk to her in front of everyone on the microphone.

We got a group piccie with all the animtors which was really nice.

Later on Curtis, Becky and I were sitting around waiting for the animators to finish rehearsing, and we met a new girl Katie, who was from Croydon. All the blokes went mad for her, Michi and Mirko in particular. Becky went up to bed and we waited for the animators till gone 1 am.. Curtis and I waited in reception for them to get ready in their rooms and meet us. A car pulled up with Mirko and Katie in and he'd got out so I rushed over and she'd told me she'd kissed him and they were going out without us in his car somewhere.. and that Pablo had tried it on with her aswell!

Couple minutes later Pablo and Michi whistled us over, and Serena followed behind them. Andrea pulled up in his car with Giuilia and Kirsty and Curtis, me and Serena got in and drove to Irish Knights. We then put our names down for Karaoke and Pablo came in, but was tired and was only staying for one drink. Serena, Kirsty, Curtis and I sang “American Pie” and Andrea and Pablo did “Lose yourself” by Eminem which was hilarious.. we all did a bit of boogying. Kirsty and I kept singing: “ I cant help falling in love with you” to eachother, and “ D I S C O”..

Pablo went back at about 2:20.. and then we left the bar at 3 am.. then went to this pancake place and had nutella pancakes lol!! Yummmmm.. we then walked back, well Serena Curtis Kirsty and I.. as Andrea was with Giuilia doing something.. lol dunno what they were up to.. we were walking back and bumped into Kirsty's boyfriend.. then Serena and I did the cha cha slide in the middle of the road, and then walked back to the hotel, with Kirsty saying she wanted to go jump on my brother to wake him up, and set off the water sprinklers lol. We all said goodnight and went to bed at 3:20 ish..

Next day I got up nice and early, started packing all my jewellery, and went to breakfast with Emily.. and sat with Lore and Rory. I then got my things and went down to the pool, played volleyball, but there weren't many people playing, with Mirko.. I was on his team and he was being mean and telling me to go in the sea instead of play with him.. and kept telling me off for standing too close to him. I then knicked his tshirt and was wearing it for about 20 mins until waterpolo with Pablo.. even tho I was on his team he kept splashing me in the face and was getting jumped on by everyone, poor thing. We then went and took photos, and met up with Katie and asked her bout her previous night with Mirko. Becky, Nathan and Curtis were leaving at 12:00 so we went up to reception to say bye.. came back down and watched the pool games, then had lunch with the animators for my final lunch.. was sad :( but very amusing!!!

I then went to get dressed ready to leave, and went down with them for half hour, sitting on the stage with Kirsty and Rory, Emily alice, Katie, german Katie and a few kids. Got a lovely goodbye message on my camcorder from Pablo, and then proceeded to say bye to everyone. I got a hug from them all and a kiss from everyone but Michi and Rory.. then went up to reception and Kirsty asked Michi to come up to say bye to me, which was so nice of her cos normally animators don't go to reception to wave people off. When we were up there Pablo was there so said bye to him properly, got a couple of hugs, Mirko was there too in the shop so hugged him bye again and then got in the taxi.. was the saddest thing and I was depressed for so long after. I miss them all so much and they're all fab people!! Was the best holiday ever!
