CFC stands for Couples For Christ. This is an international community of married, Catholic couples, and their families, whose mission is to love and serve the Lord by "Renewing the face of the Earth through the Family.

        CFC Youth For Christ is one of the family ministries of Couples For Christ aimed at bringing youth from everywhere closer to God, through His son Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit. YFC lives and works by the motto "Young, Christian, and Happy.

        Young people today experience tremendous pressure to do things they don't want to do just to be with the "in-crowd". They face the real world that may lead them in a path away from God. They chart paths that do not consider God as a priority and worse, develop new activities and habits, including vices, that make them turn away from God.

        CFC-YFC intends to provide an environment for personal renewal. It is a support environment where God's plan in revealed to us and where we can draw strength and inspiration from our peers who are committed to love and support us. It is an environment where energies and talents can be developed and put to good use to serve God and his people. It is a place where we can enjoy being young and be prepared for the next stage of our life.

        CFC-YFC is a place to know where you can take a stand and stick to it. It is a place where you meet many young people searching for answers. It is a place to be inspired once again. It is a place of hope and encouragement. It is a place where real love and unity and faithfulness reigns. And the key to this is a commitment we make because of J.C.'s (Jesus Christ) commitment to us, and we carry it in our hearts...and in our pockets:

        We realise in order to counter these threats, there has to be a massive evangelisation and re-evangelisation of the youth today. Every young person today should know the joy of receiving the gift of salvation and living a dynamic personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This however, is not easy, because of the many distractions, pressures and diversions that are pulling young people away from the plan of God.
