Totto Boy arrived here on 14/11/03. He wasn't adopted nor bought. But, he was found on the street by my friend. Sad to say, i didn't love him as much as i love Collar because i hasn't forgot about Collar when he was here. When he first came, he was very skinny and smelly. I was impressed the first time i bathed him. Totto was so well behaved that he didn't even attempted to struggle! As estimated, he is more than 2 year-old. That darling had this really bad stench in his mouth but other than that, he is really nice. Though Totto was not paper-trained, i had not blame him. I mean, who would purposely do his business out of the newspaper area when he could get scolded just by doing it? So i guess, he wasn't at fault. Totto fears loneliness very much. In the middle of the night, he would scatch my bedroom door until i come not. If i don't, he wouldn't stop doing it. I know it hurts his nails very much but i didn't give in as i don't want him to adopt a bad habit. But now, this is what i deeply regret. During Totto's evening walk, he would always be on leash as i know he would run away. Remember he was picked up? We don't rule out the possibility that he was ran out. So when there's the first time, there'll be the second. In addition, he can race very fast.
Since i've posted on some dog forums that i've found a Mini Pinscher, a few of them came up to view this dog to make sure it was not theirs. I hasn't managed to find Totto's real owner for him. The far-away look of Totto tells me how much he misses his family. Just like how much i misses Collar Boy. But, frankly, after a few weeks, i was afraid that Totto's real owner would claim him back. We've already fostered up a bond between us. Thus, i wouldn't bear to give him up. This is really a selfish part of mine but i've yet to say Sorry to Totto, with no chance now.
On 14/01/04, when i came home from work, i noticed the wooden door of my house was opened. Rightaway, i knew something was amiss. Sure enough, Totto had ran away. My brother! He opened the gate again! The same cruel thing he did to Collar Boy! But he wasn't found too. I miss him so much. If he were to come back, i promise i would love him as much as i would love Collar. As long as he come back. I Love You, Totto! |
