i'm gonna try and make this brief. my head's hurting. trying at the moment to
finish making macaroni&cheese so i can eat. so update on the job situation. i had
an interview this morning. the position sounds really interesting, i really want
the job. i'd be an assistant stylist of sorts. it's an accessory company and i
would be working in the sunglass division. working with buyers, suppliers, etc
etc. tracking orders, putting lines together to show buyers. stuff like that.

store in the world. well i like
urban mode too, but i can't afford their stuff yet. i went to ikea on sunday
and bought stuff for my apt. it's finally starting to look good.
i'm going to be re-painting (a thing i've done many times in the 4 months i've
lived here). i bought 2 lack sofa tables, a lack coffee table, a flamingo, 2 emu
boxes, the hove rush mat, the eneby tv stand and some 2 for 3.95 frames and 2 vink
cd holders. i think that's it. the ikea junkies will recognise the names. i could
go back there everyday and find someting new i 'need'. it's not that ikea is the
greatest store for home decor, but they do have good items at a variety of price
points (i'm currently at the 'cheap' level) all under one roof. one stop shopping.
i love it! also i've designed a really cool window covering. hopefully i'll have
it finished by the end of the week.
today is my cousin's b-day. happy 22nd Rhett! can you believe he flew to new-york today too?. he'll be working in the broadway show AIDA, for the next 7 months. he actually left the toronto production of Lion King to go to new york. his dream is to get a recording contract. i know he will. he's talented. he's also been in the Fame-the tour, Rent, on Price is Right and lots of other stuff.
