Survey Savvy is one of the better paying market research companies online. You are unlikely to receive their paid survey invitations very often, one every other month is my experience of them, but they more than make up for that with their reward structure. My last two survey invitations here have rewarded me with $100 and $20 respectively and if you invite friends and family to the site then they also pay you a commission on every survey they complete for the lifetime of their participation!

Thanks to GoZing you can now earn money online reviewing movies! Well OK, you can get paid to review movie trailers anyway. GoZing pays $4 for each film trailer you watch and give your opinion on and up to $25 for every paid product survey you complete! Payment is made either in Amazon.com gift certificates or via PayPal - the easiest way to transfer money online. Surveys here are very frequent and you are also advised to check your account regularly between Wednesday and Friday because they often post up trailer tests around that time which only require a limited number of respondents.
American Consumer Opinion Panel
The American Consumer Opinion Panel is one of the best survey companies online. They will send you regular monthly invitations to take part in their paid studies which pay anywhere from $4 - $25 for completion. In addition to this, there are a number of sweepstakes held throughout the month for each survey campaign and all members who take part in the campaign will be entered to win $250!
Global Test Market
GlobalTestMarket is one of the busier online market research sites out there, typically sending me several paying surveys each month with an average cash equivalent of around $5 each. Every survey you complete here earns you points which can be cashed in once you have reached around $50's worth - i.e. around once every 4-6 months in my experience. This site also offers the most varied surveys I have seen from just one site with recent invitations ranging from evaluating movie and computer game trailers to being paid to complete questionnaires on toothpaste and shampoo.

MBS Internet
MBS Internet offer their panelists up to $10 to complete paid surveys offered by their site and more if you participate in their focus group discussions. Some of their other surveys also gain entry into prize draws and sweepstakes with much larger prizes. Everyone can take part in their surveys but only those with access to a Java capable browser(like Internet Explorer) can join focus group discussions as these are held in a Java chatroom.
