This month, Pure Voltage takes a look at Rock N' Roll Comics - a curious by-product of the 80s metal boom. No one it seemed, was sacred from an over literal photo-love style biography courtesy of RNR Comix (unauthorized and proud of it!). They weren't proud either - both Warrant and Winger had their sorry tales told in a badly drawn Bazooka Joe style. Rather humourlessly, Judas Priest sued when they heard they were to get the treatment.Strangely enough for a comic, they were about as funny as an open grave - still, they remain collectors items. Here we present AC/DC and Guns N' Roses in comic book form- as if they needed it!
By the way, the band we see to our right are the Rockin' Ballz
