"So you're my cousin then?" Marie asked Madison making sure she heard correctly as they sat in a restaurant for lunch.

"Yeah, Your aunt Janine is my mom." Madison confirmed.

"Oh Wow, umm that's pretty cool" Marie said cheerfully.

"Yeah I guess" Madison said with a smile. Yeah but what sucks is I'm in love with your fiancee Madison thought.

"Ooh did i tell you i picked out the flowers and stuff" Marie said.

"Oh cool did you pick all the tropical ones?" Madison asked.

"Yeah I liked those the best." Marie said.

"That's good" Madison said with a sigh.

"What's wrong?" Marie asked.

"Oh nothing i'm just tired you know work and everything." Madison lied, in reality it was the fact that Marie was marrying Justin and her and Justin had kissed a week earlier.

"Oh well don't worry about it, in 3 weeks this whole wedding this will be over and you won't have to worry about helping me out anymore" Marie said with a smile.

"Yeah I guess" Madison said.

The two finished eating. All Marie could talk about was the wedding and Justin. The repetition and reminder of their wedding was frusterating and confusing Madison even more. Madison didn't blame her if it was her wedding she would be running her mouth also. They drove back to the Orlando Suntimes, because Madison still had to work.

"I'll see you later" Madison said.

"Ok yeah I'll talk to you later bye" Marie said and drove away.

Madison sighed and walked into the large building of the Orlando Suntimes Headquarters. She went straight to her office not stopping to talk to anyone, she wanted to get her work done, go home and relax. After working for about 4 and a half more hours she was finished with everthing that needed to be done. Madison gathered her things and started walking to her car. She opened the door and the cool night air hit her face making her cheeks turn white from the sudden change of temperature. Madison quickly got in her car and turned it on. Blink 182 was coming from her speakers and she started to drive away.

"So here's your holiday, hope you enjoy it this time you gave it all way" She sang the old Blink song 'Stay together for the kids' (LoL I'm a big Blink fan sorry I had to put it in there and remember by then that's an old song this is in the future) Finally she arrived at her comforting house. Quietly she stepped out of the car and walked to her front door. She opened the door and was greeted by something quite unexpected. It was Prince.

"How did you get in here?" Madison asked and petted him on the head. She set down her stuff.

"Come on let's go take you home" Madison said and motioned for him to follow. Prince did as he was told and followed Madison to Justin's house. She rang the doorbell. Justin answered the door.

"umm Hey what are you doing here?" Justin asked not noticing Prince.

"You dog mysteriously got into my house somehow and I'm here to return him" Madison pointing to Prince who was right beside her.

"That's where he went I was looking for him like crazy" Justin said with a smile. "Thanks" Prince walked in Justin's house leaving Madison and Justin alone and in a silence.

"Ok well I'll see you around" Madison finally broke the silence.

"Umm... Ok bye" Justin said. Madison turned around to walk away.

"Maddy wait!" Justin said. Madison turned around.

"Yeah" She said.

"Can we talk?" Justin asked.

"Sure" Madison said with a smile. Her smile Justin thought. That's something her smile. it was something he loved about her. Justin sat down on the porch and Madison followed.

"Things are awkward between us" Justin said.

"Well I mean it's kind of hard for them not to be" Madison said with a little laugh.

"I don't want it to be weird. I want us to atleast be friends" Justin said.

"Justin we'll always be friends" Madison said looking over at him.

"Good. I just kind of wanted to get that out." Justin said.

"Is that it?" Madison asked.

"yeah" Justin said.

"Ok then I'll see you later" Madison said and got up. "Bye"

"bye" Justin sat there and watched her walk away. Jeez even the way she walks Justin thought. What am I gonna do? He got up and walked inside.

Madison sat in her living room when the door bell rang. She opened the door and was shocked to see who was there. It was Ashley (lol she's back!)

"What are you doing here?" Madison asked.

"I came to talk to you" Ashley said not one hint of anger, hate or resent in her voice. Madison was shocked.

"Umm come in" Madison said.

"I just kind of wanted to say I'm sorry" Ashley said.

"For being mean to you and for i guess making you break up with Justin." Ashley said

"You didn't break me and Justin up. I was the one that left." Madison said.

"Ok but I'm still sorry. I kind of would like to be your friend" Ashley said quietly

"You used to hate me and now you want to be my friend?" Madison asked confused.

"It wasn't that I hated you it's just that you were with Justin and I mean I guess you could say I wanted him back so bad that you just were like the thing in the way of us or something. If you wouldn't have been with Justin I definetly would have tried to be your friends. And to tell you the truth you're better for him than Me or Marie." Ashley said sincerely."He's hard to forget isn't he?"

"Very." Madison said with a sigh.

"You want him back don't you?" Ashley asked.

"Why would I want that?" Madison asked.

"Madison I can see it. Dont' worry about it i'm not trying to steal him away or anything I have a boyfriend and I love him too much to try to go for someone else" Ashley said with a smile.

"Congradulations"

"Madison you deserve him with all the crap you've been through." Ashley said. "I met Marie a couple times and for some reason she doesn't seem right for him"

"Yeah but she made me her Maid of honor" Madison sighed.

"Oh Jeez umm have you ever seen my best friends wedding?" Ashley asked.

"Yeah why?" Madison asked.

"I don't know it's just kind of like that" Ashley laughed.

"I guess" madison smiled.

"Madison it was nice seeing you even if you don't appreciate me being here. I'm really sorry. I have to go. i'll see you around sometime maybe" Ashely said and got up.

"Yeah. see you around" Madison said.

"You deserve him Madison" Ashley said gave her a hug and walked out the door.

Madison stood there stunned at how Ashley had changed she couldn't believe it. She thought about her words they were kind of right she did want him and there was another person to add to her list of people who thought they should be together. Do i deserve him? Madison thought to herself. I don't know but i want him. Why can't someone tell me if i should or shouldn't be with him?
