       Madison stood infront of the mirror in her bedroom. She had just finished getting ready for Marie's Wedding shower. She wore black dress pants and a red top with a long sweater/robe thingy. Madison looked over at the clock it was 4:35 PM she had to be there by 5:00 so she hurried out of her house and to her car. It was a rainy day and it seemed to fit her mood. She looked over at Justin's house, she saw him standing by the window talking on the phone. It must have been a business call because he seemed very concentrated. Madison watched him for a while then decided she needed to leave, so she drove away.

      She drove for about 25 minutes until she reached a large house. It was beautiful, spanish style with balconies and tons of plants. She hurried to the front door, she didn't want to get really wet from the rain, and she rang the door bell. She didn't wait long, Janine opened the door.

"Hey Madison, Come in it's freezing outside." Janine said. "I'm glad you could make it"

"No problem" Madison said as she stepped inside and Janine closed the door.

"Come on everyone's inside." Janine said leading Madison to a large decorated room. Madison walked over to where Molly was sitting talking Gabby.

"Hey" Madison said when she reached the two women talking.

"Oh Hey Maddy" They both said at the same time then giggled.

"MADISON!" Marie called from the other side of the room. Madison turned around and Marie signaled for her to comeover. So Madison did

"I'll see you guys later" Madison said to Molly and Gabby.

"Hi" Madison said when she reached where Marie was.

"Maddy I just wanted to introduce you to the wedding planner, Kierstyn" Marie said. Madison looked at her, it was the same Kierstyn that planned Jaime and Lance's wedding.

"Oh Hi" Madison said "You planned my sister Jaime's wedding. Remeber the one with the mom that was a real b****" Marie just looked at her in shock.

"Oh Yeah i remember you. Nice seeing you again." Kierstyn said.

"Well It's nice to know what you think of me Madison" Gwen said standing behind Madison.

"Oh Hi Gwen" Madison said as if she had never said anything bad.

"Oh Marie who's house is this it's lovely" Gwen complimented ignoring Madison.

"It's my Aunt Janine's house" Marie said. "Let me introduce you to her" Marie looked around until she saw her aunt and motioned for her to come over. Once she was there.

"Aunt Janine this is Gwen Madison and Jaime's mom" Marie started.

"Jaime's Mom i'm adopted" She lied well she wasn't Gwen's daughter but it was hard to explain.

"Oh well Jaime's mom and Gwen this is my aunt Janine." Janine and Gwen both froze. They stared at eachother for a while.

"Nice to see you again Janine" Gwen said fakely

"Nice to see you too Gwen" Janine said.

"You two know eachother?" Marie asked.

"Oh yeah we used to be good friends" Gwen said. She looked over at Madison. "Best friends actually" By now her eyes were locked with Madison.

"Madison you remember me telling you about Janine right?" Gwen asked. Madison was in shock she couldn't answer. Could this lady who she just met be her real mother?

"Madison?" Gwen said Madison hated the fact that she was acting so nice.

"Excuse me" Madison whispered and walked out of the room.

"Gwen Can i talk to you for a second in the kitchen" Janine said when she saw Madison's reaction it wasn't a question.

"Sure dear" Gwen said and followed Janine into the kitchen.

"Does she know?" Janine asked angrily.

"Does who know what?" Gwen asked innocently.

"Don't act stupid Gwen you know damn well what i'm talking about!" Janine said loudly

"No need to yell Janine. And yes Madison does know. She thought you were dead" Gwen said.

"You told her I was DEAD!" Janine said angrily.

"Well yeah how the hell was i supposed to know all of a sudden you would pop back into her life?"

"Jeez I knew she looked familiar" Janine said to herself.

"Well yeah she does look almost exactly like you" Gwen said dully. Janine didn't say anything, she just went out of the kitchen to go look for Madison. After looking everywhere for her she found her upstairs in one of the guestrooms.

"Madison?" Janine said.

"What do you want?" Madison said angrily. She couldn't believe this was her mother, she would never imagine that someone like her would give up her daughter.

"Can I explain what happened?" Janine asked.

"What is there to explain? Gwen already told me everything. She told me you were dead, so i'm assuming i was a big mistake and you didn't want me" Madison said with a tear running down her cheek.

"No, That's not it at all. It figures she would say something like that to make herself look better." Janine said and sat next to her on the bed.

"So what's your side of the story?" Madison asked.

"Here's what really happened. Mark and I well we were together for a while and then I got pregnant with you. So I had you and not to scar herself or her family name, Gwen took you and told everyone you were her daughter. She knew that Mark would want to see you and she didn't want me anywhere near you or Mark or her or Jaime. So she made sure I never got near you. After a while I moved because I hated having to see her raise my daughter." Janine said quietly. Madison looked up at her.

"You can't come back now and all of a sudden expect to have a relationship! Gwen's the only mother i've ever known. Sure she was a horrible mother but in a way she made me the person I am. Didn't you even try to get me back?" Madison asked.

"Yeah I tried. Are you kidding I tried for years. But Gwen filed a restraining order against me." Janine said.    Madison didn't say anything. "I'm not expecting us to all of a sudden have a loving mother daughter relationship, I just hope you don't hate me"

"I don't hate you. I'm just angry and shocked and this week hasn't been the best week for me" Madison said with a sigh.

"Why?"

"I would rather not talk about it." Madison said.

"You can talk to me if you need to"

"Yeah I can also talk to Jaime and Molly. I don't need you" Madison said, right after she said it she felt terrible. "I didn't mean it like that"

"I know it's ok I don't blame you"

"No I'm not mad at you everything has been weird this week" Madison said. "And I would tell you but then everyone else in your entire family would hate me"

"I'm sure they wouldn't, what is it? How bad can it be?" Janine said.

"Yeah I'm in love with the groom and i'm the maid of honor how bad is that?" Madison said right after she said it she regreted it.

"You're in love with Justin?" Janine asked. Madison just nodded. "Ok you're gonna have to explain this to me"

"Well me and Justin we used to be together, but I left when i found out that Gwen wasn't my mom and Jaime wasn't my sister and Ashley was actually Jaime's twin and then my best friend died, so i need to leave florida for a while. He begged me not to go, but I did any way. And I loved his so much and lost him because i ran away from everything. So now I came back 3 years later and he's engaged to Marie who now turns out to be my cousin. and i'm completely inlove with her fiancee and I want him back but I can't have him. How's that for a bad week?" Madison said through tears.

"Pretty bad. I kind of know what that feels like. With your dad I'm still in love with him and I can't have him" Janine said. Madison looked at her in disbelief. "Yeah it's true and times you feel like you can't go on but you have to, so i know how you feel wanting someone so bad and you can't have them. You'll never know how it felt to lose you" Janine said.

"I'm sorry" Madison said.

"For what?" Janine asked.

"For not getting him. I know I can't have Justin either" Madison said

"Why not?" Janine asked. "You know there is always possiblities."

"Yeah right. why would he be marrying marie?" Madison asked.

"Maybe he was trying to forget you, but they you showed up and he wants you back too" Janine said.

"I wish. We should get back down their" Madison said getting up.

"Yeah you're right" Janine said and got up also.

"Thank you for listening" Madison said and for once gave her mother a hug...
