History of band:
Punishment began in 1996 with Doug Higson on guitar and vocals, and Isaac on the drums. Then in 1997 they recruited Logan Hall to play lead guitar and Todd Barrett on bass. A few months later Todd left the band and Doug took his place on the bass. Soren Appoldt was then recruited to play guitar as well. In January 2000, Punishment recorded a five song demo and released it on the population in late Febuary. They are now on tour in Southern California.
