A young man  with 5 day history of fever, chills & rigors
N.D. is a 17-year-old male from the North West District of Guyana. He presented with a 5 day history of intermittent high-grade fever preceded by chills and rigours. There were associated headaches, vomiting, diarrhoea, dark coloured urine and generalized body pain. More   


Suicidal Behaviour in Guyana
