GUIDELINES

1. Membership to PUGI is open to all organizations or individuals subscribing
   to the objectives of the group. There are 2 types of membership:

   a. CORPORATE
       - Companies using Progress Software
       - Companies selling Progress-based applications

   b. INDIVIDUAL
       - Consultants, freelance developers using Progress Software
       - Individual must live/work in the Philippines

2. PRIVILEGES
       - Corporate members can send a maximum of 3 representatives
         during group meetings
       - Each member (corporate or individual) has one voting right
       - May attend regular meetings, seminars, conventions
       - Discount on seminar fees for PUGI-sponsored seminars
       - Discount on Progress training courses by INFOMAN
       - E-mail notification of PUGI events

3. FEES

   a. CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
       - One-time joining fee Php 1,500.00
       - Annual dues Php 3,500.00

   b. INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
       - One-time joining fee Php 500.00
       - Annual dues Php 1,500.00
