The Puck Bowl has arrived! Will this be the Puck Bowl to end the contraversy over who the greatest franchise is? This is the third championship game pitting the Kalamazoo Vikings against the Seattle Slimy Slugs. In the first Puck Bowl, Seattle topped Kalamazoo after a strong performance from Marshall Faulk. Puck Bowl II, Kalamazoo was able to counter Faulk's high performance with big games from Culpepper, George, and the Saints Defense. Everyone will find out after this week's game who the champion of the league will be and who will be the weaker of these intense rivals.

The playoffs started in week 15 and the teams are very familiar. All four teams in the playoffs this year, also made the postseason last year. Wisconsin(4) started the postseason earlier than the other three teams, when she beat Timbuktu in the last game of the regular season. The Wannabe's faced off against the top seeded Seattle Slimy Slugs. In their previous two meetings this year, Seattle came out on top in both contests and it was the case again, as Seattle beat Wisconsin 105-97 to advance to their third Puck Bowl. Wisconsin's efforts shouldn't go unnoticed as they outscored Kalamazoo, Seattle's opponant in Puck Bowl III.

The other game pitted the only two teams to be able to beat Seattle this year, Kalamazoo(2) and Rhode Island(3). These two teams split their previous meetings. Kalamazoo made it to their third Puck Bowl by downing Rhode Island 93-86
